If you're unsure, just let us know! We'll be helping the client understand & manage this particular budget throughout our design process.

Tell us about any HOA guidelines or municipal design codes that the lighting design must adhere to.

Knowing any pertinent codes or guidelines early in the design process will help us avoid sharing ideas that won't adhere to those codes or guidelines.

Tell us whether the exterior lighting needs to be dark sky compliant.

While LCHY does not typically do the landscape lighting design, we will do lighting for the facade and any outdoor living spaces. Knowing whether a project must be dark sky compliant will help us avoid sharing ideas that introduce sky glow, unnecessary glare, etc.

Are there any online image boards available for reference, such as a Pinterest board, Houzz ideabook, or similar?

Please note that these do not necessarily need to be lighting specific. If that's available, great! If not, anything that will help us understand the homeowner's style would be very appreciated.
